CONGRESS plans the spending. so fuck the talking heads on TV, just blame the damn government as a whole and hold your own reps accountable for the spending they vote on. stop passing the buck off on the guy that gets elected to be the scapegoat anyways.. And Obama’s only been in office for half a term, a fourth of the time Bush was there. And Clinton as well, but his little block is about half the size. I know it’s the congress’ job to approve spending, but if we just had more windmill factories… Why are you watching Rachel Maddow anyway?
